AA-African Hair Braiding

Worst experience ever in an African Braiding shop. I will never be back. The braider talked on the phone in my ear for 3 hours, while the other braider took a nap and started storing, and the other braiders left to run errands. My hair doesn't look anything like the picture I showed her. Owner, please work on your Customer Service, because you're getting a -0; your customers are what keep your business thriving. I give you no stars. You'll get a 0!

Top 3 of all the African hair braiding spots I’ve been to . Even tho they took a little longer it was worth it cause my hair came out beautiful and better than I thought they could execute. I will be back :)

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY‼️ I pray you read this review before you go to them! (I wish did.)The ladies in there are very unprofessional, rude, unreasonable, and they speak very poorly of their customers and their hair in french. I asked for Nubian twists. The First Lady starts them out micro sized. The second one on my front did them three times the size and charged me an extra $20 for the micros in the back! Also it took from 9am until 3pm with 2 people!!! I have never felt so disappointed to spend $200! What a waste! I guess I will go across the street to Emily’s like I was warned. Btw I got it done today and I’m taking it out now.😔 She is a lie!!! I never said I like the hair! Like she said…. She’s going to make her money any! Just not from me. I would never return or recom

Came here for the first time, never going back. There were 2 people braiding my hair and only one was fully committed. I came at 2 and left at about 7:30 pm. I showed a picture of what I would have liked it to look like, it came out the exact opposite, the braids were too full, and it was giving me a major headache. The person who was braiding my hair kept like leaving so I had to wait a few minutes which kept extending our time there and it was getting super frustrating cause half the time they weren’t even doing anything they were just eating and talking, which I understand if you need to take a break, but your break shouldn’t be that long and just me sitting there waiting for you to come back. I don’t recommend you coming here, I paid about 200$ for twists and I can’t wait to take it do

It was a pleasant experience and I was very impressed with my hair. My hair was done by stylist Fatou. She was very very gentle because I told her I had a tender scalp. She was very attentive and provided great customer service . Overall nice atmosphere . It is not a spa for people who adore silence. But the ladies were warm , kind and friendly . Prices were very fair and most of all I Loved my hair!!!! Not sure why some people give bad reviews and I was cynical at first, but those ladies are welcoming and I will most definitely go back again!! Hope they keep up the amazing work
