5 star experience! I made an appt for a blowout and was seated immediately. The lady that washed my hair gave it a deep, thorough scrub and also included a little massage. A male stylist blew out my hair and gave me better volume and curl than DryBar. I have long, fine, straight hair which is very resistant to holding style. Even though the blowout is only $20, he put a 10/10 effort into his work. The other stylists also had beautiful results on their clients. I will definitely be back!

I’m really sad to say I won’t be returning, because I actually liked this salon at first. My first visit was great — a male stylist blew out my hair, and he did an amazing job. When it came time to pay, he told me the price was $20, but the owner stepped in and changed it to $23 because I “have a lot of hair.” I didn’t mind paying extra, and I tipped both him and the person who washed my hair. On my second visit, the owner did my hair. Throughout the blowout she repeatedly commented on how much hair I have. The results were okay, but she didn’t put in the same effort as the first stylist — the blowout was fine, but she barely straightened my hair compared to the last time. One of the worse experiences i ever went through. From the door what shouldve been said is i do not cater to your hair type. My hair is still puffy and she didn’t care the sentence that was told to me was “i need to get my son ready for school”. I told her she was not getting the root of my hair and my will poof up very fast! She thought by giving me 10-15 dollars off the service was going to be better when I did not care about the money i just wanted my hair to look right! I have been coming to this salon since I moved to the neighborhood about a year ago and used to visit multiple times a month, sometimes even twice a week. I never had any issues until today. I’ve never left a bad review in my life and genuinely would have let this go if Tina hadn’t responded the way she did, but they most definitely deserve this review. I’ve had tape-in extensions in my hair since June 2025 and have consistently been charged $23 for straight hair and $25 for curly hair. It was very affordable, and like I said, I never had a problem. So my sister and I decided to get our hair done on a random Tuesday. I don’t normally have a set hair salon I like to try different ones. And I am completely in awe of this place. It really is a hidden gem. There was a bit of miscommunication but both errors were fixed without any hesitation. The place itself is a very clean environment. I had no trouble with parking. My sister had a cut and a blowout done and it’s the best I’ve ever seen her hair is pretty long and thick and she paid 40 dollars which I think is a very pretty decent price.
