A1 Nail Spa

Waiting to get my nails done. They said it’ll be a while do you want to leave and come back? Yes I want to leave and go back out into rush hour traffic and drive around and come back. Not sure if they just don’t want my business or what because I always tip very well. Not anymore. The owner is sitting on his phone instead of doing my nails Update: Owner came over in front of all other customers and yelled at me for leaving an honest review, embarrassing himself and being extremely unprofessional in front of customers. I am under the impression that businesses are supposed to be making money by taking care of their customers. This man doesn’t want to make any money and he just kicked me out because I left an honest review. Do not spend your time or money here. They don’t car

I would’ve giving it a 5 star if they were punctual with their appointments. Appt was at 530pm didn’t get to the chair till 553pm. John was my nail technician, didn’t apologize but whatever. At this point I want my nails done ASAP. Overall John did a GREAT job on my nails. He did a great job at having the exact same color that I wanted. Having the shape that I wanted, so he made up for the beginning of the appointment and I appreciate that. I would definitely come back and hopefully have a better experience with appointments.

Not coming back here. They have a new worker named wanda and she’s horrible. She really doesn’t know what she is doing. I did dipped full set and the nails are bumpy and uneven. I also got my toes done and the side of my toe nails are hurting me. I don’t know what she did to my feet but I’m in a lot of pain.

I used to go to this location for years before stopping a few months back after getting nail polish chipped on the second day. I read online that they are under a new management and now called A1 Nail Spa. I got ombre powder manicure and regular pedicure. Safe to say this is by far THE BEST experience I have had in all salons in the area. The technicians were lovely and I trusted their recommendations on color and shape. This will be my go to place. Highly recommend.

Great place for no-chip, has guaranteed for 14 days! Never heard of that anywhere else. The prices are really reasonable. I've been here many times. My nieces go here all the time and their nails always look perfect!
