I purchased a 100% human wig and braiding hair at this location. The wig was a blend and later matted badly. The braiding hair prices were different prices for the same brand, length and color. To make matters worse they had a sign up that said 20% off human hair, which I purchased or at least I thought I did. I mentioned to the clerk it was false advertising if only selected hair was 20% off. I spent over $250 on items. Stores that operate in this manner should not be in businees or allowed to mislead Customers. It seems dishonest to run a business that way.

Terrible place they follow you around like you're going to steal, and when you pick up a item the lady talks in their language and give a smug look and roll her eyes. Their not friendly at all. I will never go back here and I do me never.

This store is horrible the cashier are rude the older Asian man thinks everyone is out to steal even in scrubs clothing horrible experience today will not be shopping here again I don't want to shop at a place where kindness and customer service is based on my skin color do better it 2025

I usually buy hair from here... but the prices are made up as you go i see now. Human hair is 20% off but not human braiding hair??? It says human hair! Not what type. Owner yelled at register woman for trying to do what is advertised. Im rethinking this hair store.

I went there yesterday to pick up some hair, only to get finessed out my money. So I went there to get some human hair but the human hair they had wasn’t a good brand so I went with synthetic. I went over it with one of my Family members and ended up going back to return the hair so I could get human hair at a different place. Only to find out this store doesn’t do returns and only do exchanges or “store credit”, or a “ discount “. Mind you I already feel uncomfortable because the moment I walked in I got my bad snatched from me. So I end up getting the human hair and instead of them adding the money to what I already bought so my item is less the gave me another “discount” mind you I still had to end up paying a lot and all that money still went to them.
