Similar to some of these reviews this was a bad experience all around. Scheduling was ok, communication was ok. But when I went to the 55 E Elizabeth Ave address there is no spa there. I texted and LM. No replies. I finally, one week later, told them I was going to give them a bad review. Guess what? Immediate text back! Told me they aren’t stealing money and did not like my threats. Because I purchased a Groupon, I have gotten them involved too. It’s only $50. But it’s the principle. Go somewhere else. Do some research. I didn’t and I’m out $50. Lesson learned.

I bought the Groupon as a gift for my husband several months ago and when I went to schedule it for him, no one answered and I left a voicemail. Then a couple weeks went by and I called again, nothing. I then went on here to google and realized I’d made a mistake it not checking this place out on more than just Groupon before purchasing. Maybe this place was once legit but it’s obviously a scam now. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back from Groupon because they were not able to contact this place either.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not use unless you want to be scammed out of your money. Trying to communicate with A Touch of Zen will give you a headache and make you frustrated. Bought a voucher for a massage package from Groupon. She does not return phone calls/texts/emails. When she finally does communicate to make an appointment, she will cancel it on you. I confirmed my appointment the night before & the day of the appointment I received a text stating she’s sick. Similar to other reviews. Groupon has been no help either. STAY AWAY & spend your money elsewhere for the treatment you deserve.

SCAM! 0 stars.. I have been trying to get a hold of this place for weeks, always goes to voicemail and I left many many messages. I purchased a Groupon for 2 massages that I now cannot use which is super disappointing. The reviews on Groupon are great and recent..don't fall for it! Looking at the reviews on here it appears everyone else has the same issue as I did. What a scam!

As a rating, I can't even give her 1 lousy star, but Google made me click a star in order to post this. I booked a massage with her in person, a month ago, because it is at the same location I get my adjustments. Today, she was a no call, no show. My chiropractor attempted to call her and his message went right to her voice mail. I read the reviews about her and wasn't sure that they were true about her professionalism. But apparently, she has a history of being a no call and no show. As a massage therapist, that is simply bad business and extremely unprofessional, because people are counting on you to help them feel better. Luckily, I did get my awesome adjustment because otherwise, I would have traveled over 40 minutes one way for a no show! Laura
