Pam did a great job washing, drying, flat ironing and styling my mom's natural hair! We were walk-ins and she took mom right away.

I decided to cut my hair & dye it as a way to start over with my natural hair. I’ve gotten my ends clipped, hair dyed, and straightened here before with no issue. This particular time my hair did not go back to its natural state & my only explanation is that perm was snuck into my hair to help straighten it when the stylist kept making the remark that my hair was so curly. I’m not sure what to do at this point because my hair has so many damaged areas
