A & T Creative Nails

We went in for a simple thing- 2 pedicures. One manicure. And both eyebrows. Well. I am my mother’s help and assistance because she cannot see or hear well. And I explained to the employees this several times and instead of listening they rushed me away from her to start my service after I kindly asked I need to stay at least near her so I can hear for her. Well. They rushed me away. Then began asking me what she wanted and I stated I didn’t know because I wasn’t given the chance to ask. So then we both get our feet done. She goes to get her hands done and I’m sitting there and my mother asks what’s going on because the manicure didn’t seem right. So the nail lady says she never knew she was getting a full set and I stated yes well I explained this twice when we sat down what she wanted b

Recently moved to South Jersey, the location of this shop is perfect for me. Tina was awesome and stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my nails were to my liking. The prices are pretty good compared to other places. Thank you, Tina!!! Update went for a second time, and Tina did amazing again!

Horrible!!! Rude and in a rush will never go again Cut my daughter and nails look like it need a refill they blame it on who ever did her nails before Charge me $55 for a refill

This used to be my go to decided to give it another try today. I will never go back. I stood at the front desk for awhile before anyone looked up from their phones to help me then I received the worst pedicure of my life. It literally looks like a toddler painted my toes. We won’t even get into the fact she cut me. Pics in comments

Got my acrylics removed and my nails were left terrible..... large globs of glue was left on my nails not just small flecks but globs, nail polish was left on my nails. They are all dented, peeling messes that hurt to touch. I needed to go again somewhere else to get the rest of the glue taken off AGAIN not to mention she burned my skin and nails when drilling the acrylics off. Wouldn't recommend going here even if you were desperate, not to mention they only have maybe 3 employees working so it's hard for them to accept clients.
