A Step Ahead

Posting this for my wife who was seen today. She had asked for a dark mushroom brown with light highlights throughout. She even specified that she “didnt want chunky” My wife though is to kind and timid to have spoken up at the appointment, instead she smiled said her thanks and left. She came home with chunks of highlights that looked like she stepped out of the early 2000s along with her coming home sobbing because now she has to have this fixed before Friday as she’s a guest speaker at an event. The hairstylist I took her to for it to get fixed said this is one of the worst color jobs they’ve seen in a long time. She did say though that the stylists were very kind and offered drinks/snacks throughout her session Attached is what she got (the ugly chunky highlights) vs what she had

Doing this for a client that doesn’t have FB but she’s very distraught of the service.Jennifer McCormick Jarrett gave her a perm and burnt her neck and forehead. She never once offered to apply anything to help out. Her skin is so damaged and she’s a senior and she should have known her skin is thin and to take extra care. I can see now that all she cares about is her money. Well she WONT BE BACK! And I’ve reported her to Raleigh!

Great place. They cut hair,with a friendly down home atmosphere,what's not to like. Awesome people and very professional.

We love Elli! Everyone there is nice, but Elli does such a good job on our not so cooperative 3 year old.
