I chose this “elite” salon expecting a professional experience. Instead, the entire process was mishandled from start to finish. My stylist initially called in sick — understandable. But when I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, it appeared they had brought her out while she was still visibly unwell. She repeatedly told me how terrible she felt, and unfortunately the haircut reflected that: uneven, rushed, and far below the standard they promote. When I later called to express my concerns, my call was taken by a very young, clearly fragile receptionist. I told her several times that none of this was her fault and that my frustration was with the situation, not with her. The best haircut I have had in years. I went to someone for 20 years in Atlanta who I loved. But I honestly think he is even better. He knows how to layer hair perfectly and blend it perfectly, which is very hard to find with my thick wavy hair. He’s amazing.

I had the most lovely time yesterday! I came in for a haircut with Megan and the beginning to the end of the experience was just... so lovely. Greeted at the door, my shampoo was *pampering*, Megan was very kind and helped me with my hair questions (I had many), and I ended up leaving feeling so fresh and beautiful. It was just a small haircut- but no moment about the experience felt like I was anything but the most special person in the room. I highly recommend this salon and Megan as a stylist. I was very pleased and am so excited for my next appointment!

AMAZING! Shane Buffkin is a Hair God! How do I know this?!….I have had my haircut from top stylists in NYC, Beverly Hills & London (yes, I have lived in all those places) and here in Peachtree City, GA I discovered the most incredibly talented meticulous hair stylist who has hands from God…seriously I am BLOWN away (pun intended) and to top it off he is a gem of a human being. ❤️ I LOVE MY HAIR EVERYTIME I leave his chair. Had the best experience from the time I walked through the door. My hairstylist was very knowledgeable and gave me the best cut for my curly hair and the color is amazing! I highly recommend Courtney Drew!
