I have a very specific cut that I like and it’s hard to find someone who can do it well. I have been going to Amy for a couple years now and won’t go anywhere else. She is super personable, flexible and consistent!

The most unprofessional hair experience I've ever had. Went there as a recommendation from my boyfriend's mom and I will not be going back. I asked for a haircut and simple highlights (I showed her a picture too) and was very disappointed with not only my hair, but the customer service from her. The haircut was good, even though I was not very informed on the process. However, I got foil highlights and all of the highlights were UNDER how my hair normally lays. She moved my natural part and dyed all underneath and none of the highlights showed. I sent a nice text to her explaining the situation and she took a whole day to reply with just a simple "sorry about that, but I don't have time to fix it." Later ignoring every other text I sent.
