A Queen's Braiding Touch

She's an scammer. She rescheduled me twice at the last minute (day of). The last time she rescheduled me I told her I couldn't make it and to just refund my deposit. She replied and said "ok" but never sent it. I reached out again. Again she replied but never sent it. I had to threaten to report her business to the state of Georgia to get her to finally send back my deposit. I later looked more closely at her negative reviews on Google and Styleseat, everyone had the same experience with their deposit. She canceled and refused to refund them. She unprofessional, unreliable a scammer and a thief.

I tried to use this person. I paid the deposit to confirm my appointment and I was excited to get my hair done before my anniversary trip. Now her phone is off and I had been calling to make changes to my service but it continued to go to voicemail. Just makes me think, I was just used for a quick $25 deposit and this stylist had no intention of completing their service for me. Clearly will not be scheduling with her in the future.

Brenda was so communicative with me very sweet and kind soul, very professional and always responded back no problem. The establishment was very clean and tidy everything in order. She does very fast, clean & neat work. I will be returning very soon she has a forever customer. Thanks again love

Absolutely love my hair. She took her time, and really was gentle throughout the process. Very communicative and sweet, it’s only been a day since I got my hair done and I’ve gotten several compliments.
