A Place For Faith Family Salon

I went to this salon before it was renamed. It was very clean & the staff was nice, but the prices are far too high for the service I recieved. I paid nearly 500$ to go blonde, and she forgot to tone and chopped my bangs so poorly i wanted to cry. So, I went back a week later to ask her to fix the brass & my bangs, and she said it would cost me another 90$. So I asked if I could just go back to my original red. It still cost me extra for the dye and the trim, which I found scammy, but I paid nonetheless. She dyed it back, and left a MASSIVE clump of dye in my hair and left it patchy. I ended up re-dying it at home. I’m not even sure if the woman I got my hair done with still works here, but i wanted to share my experience. Find another salon. There are better salons who charge less.

Update ! A year later and Katie is my stylist ! I won’t go to anyone else . Highly recommend her ❤️ third pic is right after my most recent appointment . Katie did such a beautiful job on my hair.She is so sweet and answered any questions I had so thoroughly . I highly recommend her !

The owner Jama is a gem, she is a great stylist because she really listens to what you want and delivers! On top of that she is a genuinely kind human being, highly recommend her and her scissors!

Julie has been doing my hair for a very long time. I highly recommend her and any of the wonderful stylists at The Color Lab Salon! I always leave there revived and beautiful!

Absolutely TRASH Waited 5 days washed out after 1ST WASH. Would they stand behind their mess up? Nope I said it smelled funny Angie said my last client said the same thing. I told them I'd reschedule repay their response unprofessional and was fired as a client. More to come. Just disgraceful and I am a retired salon owner. Julie and Angie should be ashamed of themselves. Not to mention the 1000 interruptions from all of her kids there that day of my last service on the 22nd of December oh and there's more to come. Y'all need to be ashamed of YOURSELVES. You do not have an ada accessable wheelchair bathroom and you're to new not to follow that code. Time for an inspection I'd say.
