We came in as a party group that was scheduled for months and it seemed there was schedule mess up and there shouldn't have been anyone else scheduled since there was limited amount of tech's available. Since there was a schedule mix up it seemed some of us were very rushed and the outcome was not what was asked for. We showed pictures as what we wanted and the outcome was not it when we were told that was exactly what could be done. One of us got a burn from the drill and left an uncomfortable pain on the toe nail. One of us the polish was messed during the pedicure and was not fixed (yes maybe we should have said something but again everything was so rushed it seemed like an inconvenience as the bride was the only important one). Update…the owner reached out and fixed the issue. I appreciate the communication and dedication to customers. Got a manicure, polish pooled and looks thick and gloppy on several nails. The stylist seemed hurried and impatient. When I called to discuss I was told “Im not sure what you want me to do”. I have been going here off and on for years. It seems as though customer service has gone down hill.

Got my nails done yesterday at the Omaha location since I'm going on a trip this coming Wednesday.. showed the tech my inspiration pic from pinterest which was not complicated at all and had some simple nail art.. she told me she would use the stamp since that's easier for her and honestly it turned out terrible. I should of said something but it was already 7pm closing time.. I paid over $70 for this manicure and I'm super disappointed, they look terrible😭

Ive been to this location before having a pretty good experience! However, I came in today to get a pedicure which was done by Mckenzie. If I could give her a 0 star, I would. She was very rude and I will never go back to her. First, She made my big toe on my left foot bleed as she clipped way back cutting more than just the cuticle. Second, I picked 2 colors and told her I wanted them painted similar to what I had before, with the glitter color on my second toe (as I pointed to my second toe). She said oh the ring toe. I pointed to my second toe again and said this one. And the other color on the rest of my toes. I had been hopping from salon to salon for a year trying to find "my salon". I have only been once, so far... but will definitely return. Molly S did my pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure chair was super comfortable! Molly chat with me like we were old friends. She did a great job on my nails with amazing designs! This place and the people make you feel welcome and comfortable. I also love that they only do real nails! Thank you for an amazing experience!
