WORST experience the man cut me u will see the picture i asked for toes to be shaped clearly he did what he wanted telling the cashier about she ignored me and kept repeating how much my total was…… this was theeeeeeee WORST experience the man barely scrubbed my feet ……….. i will NEVER go back there my toes look like my 6year old did it ,….. cudnt even ask for a manager cuz all they do is look at u like u stupid……. Imagine this my toes for my birthday Horrible

This salon is simple and nice. I have had no issues with any of the techs. I really like the older lady, I forget her name. She is so patient with me and does a really good job! I love how she is so careful to look for mistakes. I usually just get any pedicure with Shellac. For my hands I've gotten gel and acrylic overlay. I have never gotten designs or intricate designs so I cannot really attest to that. I usually go first thing in the morning when it is not so busy. I have seen them overwhelmed due to employee/ client ratio. One technician is there first thing in the morning and then the others will come in a bit later. Simple, affordable, and decent atmosphere. I frequent them once a month.

I called and made an appointment for 3 mani/pedi and 1 pedi. It was a gift from my son for mother's day. My daughter was getting tiger eye for $85, and granddaughter was $95. I was just getting French tips. The fastest and should have been 1st. They were not prepared for us even though we had an appointment. We were sent back to do the pedi. My daughter was first, my granddaughter, then my son. When they finally got to me it had been 1.5 hours. The water was ice cold and my feet pruney. I was now alone back there as everyone else had finished there pedi, when they started mine. When she finished, I went to get up and go in the other room for the manicure. I was told no. I stated my family was waiting on me. No again they had not finished my granddaughter manicure. I thought okay. Why can't

I have tried A+ multiple times over the last 5 years. It’s convenient but service is horrible. Quality of the nails are ok, not good or great. Again, the location is convenient hence why I’ve tried multiple times. Today, I went in and I was the only one in the “waiting area”. There was a tech working on a lady right where I sat to wait. He looked directly at me and never acknowledged me. 3 other ladies walked in after me and they were acknowledged but were told to have a seat, that they will be with them shortly. I waited 30 minutes and was never asked what I needed. I ended up walking out. This is an established salon in my area with established clients. They show no interest in taking new clients. They also do not have it posted By Appointment Only anywhere.

Love how Evan does my nails, he's awesome. I highly recommend going there,they really do great work.
