I had a good experience in this shop. You could tell that the customers who go there , feel like family because they are greeted by name when they enter the shop. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. The owners husband is a bit gruff sounding, but you can tell that he enjoys serving his customers and they enjoy coming to the shop. The prices for the service are the best that I've seen in years. They are a relief on one's purse. A delux Gel manicure and pedicure normally cost me upwards of $120.00 not including a tip. The technician told me that my finger nails were too thin and that I should add a tip to my nails and do acrylic and just fill it every 2-3 weeks. I'd never done this service at any shop before, but I went ahead because the price was less than what I normally pay

I came in for a fill. I had one broken nail that needed to have some left over acrylic taken off and redone. They drilled it down and used nail clippers to chip most but not all the acrylic off and then just put a new tip on with old acrylic still on my nail bed. Then he just laid more acrylic over the patch he couldn't pry off with his nail clippers. The nail tips curve down and look like bird talons. Every finger had gel polish cured to my eponychium ( cuticle) . They were thick and had acrylic tapped up underneath the nails. My nails weren't buffed after filing so the color didnt lay smoothly. His work station had dust from his previous client all over it, and i got used files/drill for my service. Very disappointed

My nails came off in 3 days and the last time I was there It took an hour to get them done but when I got them done this time it took 20 min I felt really rushed and it was not a very good experience. I will probably not come back again.

Terrible job doing my nails. The owner was very rude! My nails weren’t done right and when I asked for them to redo them a SECOND time, they told me that I should have gotten Gel instead, and that they wouldn’t have gotten messed up… my nails after just two days are already chipped. Will not be returning, very disappointed

The girls in the shop always make my nails look beautiful they are amazing
