A N Nails

Terrible experience went and got a full set wanted pink and white. she did white tips instead of painting them which the pink acrylic did not even fill up to the white tip look terrible so I asked her to put stickers or a design over it to cover it up because I had to go to work today is a week later that I went in and asked her to fix them. She agreed to fix them and paint the tips pink to cover the messed up acrylic job. I asked her if she could do a white design or something. She said she does not do designs which is crazy to me then try to tell me that natural looks better. I was very aggravated so I asked her to do maybe just a gold line separating the pink tip. She said it didn’t look good and she did not have gold. She was very rude and unprofessional. I continue to ask her if anyon

**EDIT** It's the next day and my thumb is infected and swollen.. and the nail polish is already coming off. First impressions they were very sweet and greeted us when we entered the salon. They set us down immediately and got to work.. The gentleman working there was in task of doing my niece's nails, and he did a fantastic job. However, The lady in task of doing my nails.. didn't do so well. She made cuts on the skin near my cuticles for almost every finger, and would go over them repeatedly. She ended up using the wrong black nail polish and admitted it to the gentleman who was doing my niece's nails so he ended up stepping in. The staff is extremely unprofessional. The person doing my pedicure did not know how to remove ingrown nails and had to keep stopping to get her little dog who was running around eating nasty things on the ground. The guy that works there was sleeping upfront in two of the chairs. The woman who did my acrylics not only has a serious attitude problem but is ridiculously HORRIBLE at doing nails. Within one hour of being home my nails broke because she made the corner too thin, she left globs of acrylic under my nails, paint all over my skin. She did not even properly apply or dry my nails so they were both tacky and smearing which is ridiculous since they were gel polish. I’ve been coming to this salon for a little over a year and returned because they have the cheapest prices anywhere. The couple was very sweet and welcoming when I first started coming and they are always talking about how slow business is, so I wanted to support them. Unfortunately the quality has been pretty hit and miss the last few times I have visited and they rush through the service. I usually see the man, Andy, to do my nails and he takes more of his time. This last visit he wasn’t there, so Lily did my nails and toes, I was cut 4 times on my hands and 1 time on my toe. The pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes and I didn’t receive a massage. I loved how my nails turned out, the service was really good, the lady was very sweet, and the prices were great, the place was also very nice!!!
