A Little Off The Top Salon

Had a lovely time and cut with the owner, Kim today. She was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I made an appointment and would recommend booking ahead of time so you don’t have to wait if they’re busy. I am definitely going back! Thank you.

I stopped by hoping to take advantage of the 'Walk-Ins Welcomed' sign out front, but the experience was the opposite. The reception was very cold; the person at the counter was quite rude and made it clear I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. It's a shame because there was a pup on-site that was very lovable, but the human service needs a major attitude adjustment. I won’t be back.

Kim was super! Called and she took my granddaughter in 10 minutes later and did a fabulous job cutting her bangs and trimming. She was so relatable to my 6 year old granddaughter!

I had never been to this salon before, but now it’s the only place I’ll go. My stylist was Doreen and she did a fantastic job! I knew what I didn’t want, but not sure what I really wanted. After some discussion she got to work and lightened up my medium brown hair then added lighter highlights and I couldn’t be happier!! But my husband noticed and said he thought my hair looked great (he usually doesn’t make any comments). And to top it off I was charged less than half of what I normally pay.

I asked for a slight trim on the top only. Instead, you cut my entire head to the same length, completely ignoring my request. The result looked bad and nothing like what I asked for. When a customer gives clear instructions and leaves unhappy, the professional response is to acknowledge the mistake — not attack the reviewer. Your defensive reply confirms exactly why this experience deserved one star.
