Let me start by saying that a-list salon is lucky to have Hilary as a stylist! My mother has gotten her hair cut by Hilary since she was married and I have gotten my hair cut by Hilary since I was born. She is a gifted, talented, and amazing stylist. Truly she’s an artist with her work. Ever since I’ve moved to Boston, I haven’t been able to find anyone that does my hair as perfectly as she does. That’s why, whenever I’m in town seeing family, I need to get my hair done here! The atmosphere at a-list is worth the trip alone. They have gorgeous interior design and a comfortable energy. You’re able to have tea and coffee while you wait in the comfortable waiting area or browse hair products that they sell (the same ones they typically use on clients). Today, was my second experience at A list Salon, University Ave, Rochester, NY and it was 5 + stars! Heather chose a perfect hair color for me & Jamie did amazing work coloring every strand of hair. Heather was recommended to me as the Best stylist and this I found to be true.I asked Heather for an updated style & I am thrilled with the results. Also, the blow dry made my hair wonderfully smooth and glossy by Jamie. Jamie was so kind, giving me a tutorial I asked for, on how to accomplish this beautiful look at home. Heather & Jaimie worked in tandem while seamlessly coloring and cutting my hair. I enjoyed the calm,positive, professional,expert work by this team. I love this salon. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable and cozy. You are always greeted with warm smiles and offered beverages while you wait for your service. And Leah is my absolute favorite! She is an incredible stylist and a phenomenal colorist!!

I absolutely LOVE A-List Salon! I followed my best ever stylist (Maria) there from a previous salon where she and most of the other stylists worked with the owner. I am so glad I did. The salon is beautiful and every one there is fantastic. The Salon Manager there (Jenna) is wonderful. If you can get an appointment with anyone there, GO FOR IT!
