Have you moved or fully closed?? I’ve been to the store a couple of times, it was closed and the number ain’t going through.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I used to go to this store all the time however their customer service has drastically declined, I bought a wig from them just yesterday. And when I took it out the box it looks NOTHING like it does in the picture. When I tried to return it, they tell me after the fact that it is final sale and when I express that I have work in an hour and it looks nothing like in the picture they tell me that’s my problem and told me to leave. For a store that works in an inner city community, you would think they would provide us fair customer service, some type of compassion, or understanding. Great service, very nice to interact with and the owner always does the best to find exactly what you or very close alternative at a price that best suits your budget. Also there is almost always a special promotion giving you a discount to the point that in the 2½ - 3 years that I've shopped there I can honestly without any qualms that I've NEVER paid full price for my hair & I only wear top shelf, full lace, 13x5, 100% human hair, wigs/bundles/units. I never walk out unhappy feeling like I overpaid.

Its small (narrow isles) but the lady helping was the best. She promptly went downstairs to get the hair color i needed 2x and did it with a smile. She definitely has knowledge of the store, its products and hair.

The owner is just so kind and very helpful. Store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
