Massage is not just a relaxing self care thing for me, its part of pain management. There was an issue with the online booking and my initial appointment did not happen. Annalise contacted me as soon as she could to make things right. She was very professional and genuinely wanted to turn around the initial bad experience. She got me in as soon as she could. The massage was excellent and greatly improved my pain level. This girl has healing hands and I would highly reccommend her based on the massage alone. The cherry on top of the experience for me is that she is also very kind and felt like a kindred spirit by the time our appointment ended :)
