A Grand Salon

Let me preface: The hair cut isn’t terrible. I’m not sure if maybe today was a bad day for Polly or if this is what to expect but this was my first time at A Grand Salon and let me tell you, customer service skills are severely lacking. I walked in, was barely greeted, stood there for a few minutes before I was told where I could sit as there wasn’t any chairs other than the salon chairs. When I was pulled into the chair, the conversation started good but then kinda became a little uncomfortable for me as I didn’t feel like I was being listened too regarding what I wanted or just felt immediately shut down. I will say, the hair cut was fast. It took 10 minutes! While cutting my hair, my hair stylist received two phone calls, they seemed serious so I won’t fault her for the phone calls. My

These friendly and super fast girls are for sure going to see me again. I said what cut I wanted, without hesitation or hassle (like most other hair dressers) I was getting my hair cut and walking out satisfied 10min later! I was speechless Thanks girls

My husband took my son here today and the lady Absolutely butchered his hair. Will have to take him elsewhere to fix it, very disappointed.
