It’s been 2 months since I’ve visited and I’ve been debating whether to post about my experience because I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses but my nails are still hurting from the bad job they did. I went in for a gel removal and regular manicure, but ended having a small torture experience. She used the drill to remove the gel and even when the gel was completely gone, she kept using the drill on my naked nails. It burned and I would tell her it was hurting but she kept at it. Mind you, my natural nails are normally thick and healthy, and I always took pride in how long they can grow. But she managed to drill them down paper thin to where they bend and brake so easily that it started to expose the flesh under my nails. It hurts so much. Never going back

You truly get what you pay for here. I had an acrylic removals and my nails are in SO much pain. They used the drill so hard on my nails but I put my trust in my nail tech even though I said out loud oh this hurts. They made the nails so thin that it burns still and my nails are as thin as literal paper. They bend like paper and just tapping the top of the nail hurts. I’ve removed acrylics at home but didn’t want to do it this time because of the fumes. They soaked my nails in the acetone for max 5min and drilled the shut out of nails. I recommend no one comes here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went into this place on Friday to get a dip manicure. It all seemed to be going okay until the girl put the final top coat on and sent me to let them dry. When I looked at my nails it looked like a toddler had painted on the final top coat. I showed it to her and she sat me down and started filing. Another worker came over and clearly saw the issue and left and came back with a stronger file. After fixing one nail she wanted me to go back to dry them but they all looked terrible and the dip was super thick. I had to keep pointing out the nails and only then would she fix them. After about 30 minutes of this I asked her if she could take them off and just put on gel. She brought me over to the owner who looked at my nails and started filing again. I asked

Price was great, but you get what you pay for. I came in looking for a gel pedicure and acrylic set a few weeks ago. I was looking to get my nails done for my vacation. My nails came out bumpy, one of my nails broke 3 days later, and the gems peeled off. This is after settling for a design because the nail lady was unable to paint a flower on my nail (which was fine, I wasn’t that upset over that). Also, I had to ask for an additional layer of white nail polish on my pink and white set because it was blotchy (she was about to just leave it like that). When it came to actual nail care, my hang nails were left alone, it’s like she just slapped acrylic onto my nail without the nail care. As for my pedicure, the gel on my toes didn’t last, which is very unusual. My gel pedicures usually last

This place isn't that bad. They are a bit pricey but they offer a lot of colors and styles. O was pleased with my manicure, pedicure and gel powder manicure. My biggest issue is it is filthy. There is dust all over everything. These days no business should be so filthy, there are steamers that clean and disinfect, every business should have one. But really instead of sitting around on their phones they should be dusting and cleaning.
