A Cutting Edge Salon and Spa

I've been going to A Cutting Edge Salon and Spa since they opened 25 years ago. I can't say enough good things about them! The owner and her staff are always going to classes to learn new techniques and styles. I've had them do up-do's and hair styling for special occasions multiple times throughout the years. They also sell salon products that help support a small business. It's a beautiful, local spot that gives you those hometown vibes while also having modern, city style. Don't worry- you can change your hair or keep it the way you've always worn it (as I've done both). Stop in and check them out as you won't be disappointed.

Christine has been coloring my hair for years and it always looks amazing! Her colors are always so vibrant and I get compliments on my hair every day even months after coloring! It’s always a plus that they have great smelling products and a warm welcoming environment. All the stylists are incredibly friendly and very easy going. 100/100 excellent every time!

I have tried other places when I didn’t take the time to make an appointment (only to be so mad at myself for the terrible haircuts I got - haven’t done that in years now!). Everyone at A Cutting Edge is like family, they take care of you as if you were their family. They truly want to know you and make you feel the best you can physically and emotionally. You can’t ask for anything better!

If only you could give ZERO stars... Tonight, my mother was given the absolute most unflattering haircut. It was not what she asked for and the stylist asked ZERO questions while cutting her hair to ensure it was to her liking. She brought a picture in for her stylist to reference and they didn’t even glance at it. She cut almost all my mother's hair off and sent her on her way. As a hairstylist, for me, the happiness of my clients is my number one priority. Tonight, her stylist first priority was to make sure my mother didn’t want to return for another appointment. Her only success of the evening. They have disrespected my mother multiple times over the years and after tonight I am purely disgusted.
