A Cut to Dye For

I went in for a haircut and the service lasted about 10 minutes. I was not seated. My hair was cut standing up, using clippers in the back and scissors in the front, without sectioning or cross-checking for balance. I left with uneven length throughout, including noticeable differences from side to side. I paid for a haircut and will now need to have it corrected elsewhere. This was very disappointing, especially given prior good experiences.

Thanks for the "bob" alex. Really disappointed, i only got refunded 35 out of 45$. I don't even care about the refund. My hair is ruined and i had an important event to attend. I am more than pleased with my hair cut. Savanna did my hair and I love it. I wanted to go short! I showed her how I wanted it and she was spot on. I love having the low maintenance hair. She got me in the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 7 pm but I got to the area sooner. I called and asked if they could take me and she said that they could and she was just about to call because she had a cancellation. I told her I wanted short hair but was apprehensive since it doesn't usually work for large girls like me. She told me the right shape and cut will look good even if its short and she was right! So glad I did it!

Been coming here for 5 years never disappointed. If you love any kinda hair colored I recommend coming here!
