I’ve been going to Jessica for a while now. She is always so welcoming and sweet. She listens to what you want to do and may make suggestions to see what route you want to go. As a mom of 2 I’m learning to appreciate my hair and learn what works best for it. I love all the options she gives so the client feels heard and happy but also learn what they can do to better care for their hair.❤️

I started going to A Cut Above after Jess took it over when the original owner retired. Jess is absolutely amazing at what she does. I was someone who wasn't the best about keeping up with color and cuts, until I went to Jess last Fall. She does such a wonderful job I make sure to see her regularly because I want my hair to keep looking its best. I even got my husband to start going to her on a regular basis. I decided to get my haircut here on a whim based on their availability today. I was blown out of the water by the owner Jess! Her hospitality to all of the customers who came in before me was inspiring. And this was truly the first haircut I’ve ever had that I’ve walked away smiling and totally in love with it. She blew my hopes out of the water and gave me the haircut of my dreams … and then undercharged me out of kindness for it being a simpler cut than normal.
