we've been customers here for a very long time (years). ever since a new partner has joined and changed most stylist they've messed up my families hair numerous of times. My daughter just went to go get her haircut for her birthday but the results were TERRIBLE! Her hair is uneven one side is longer than the other and they cut it way to short and now shes upset cuz the haircut looks like a child did it! and to add onto this they did not apologize for their wrong doing, instead they tried to gaslight my daughter and I to say its fine and that it looks good plus also made us pay full price even though they messed up! This behavior and action is terrible and im ashamed.now i have to wear hoodie to school everyday until my hair grow back....

HORRIBLE. They told us it was 40 dollars and then were accusing us of not paying and forced us to tip! The lady kept slapping my face. Everything was good until the payment. She wouldn’t let us leave and demanded money. Please do not come here if you want a bad experience. Literally go anywhere else.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. Owner and staff are all very warm and welcoming. They know exactly what I want and I know what to expect. Communicate clearly is key, use Google translate if necessary to avoid misunderstanding. It's no-frill but a solid place. Leave a nice tip if you like their services and they'll remember you next time.

Hilarious! First time come here, asked for a hair treatment, chose a $80 one. Even though I made sure three times, still asked me to pay $120 afterwards. that’s crazy!

My go-to for a quick wash and blow dry. The blowout is hit or miss, depending on the stylist. The massage that comes with the service makes it worthwhile though!
