Heather went ABOVE and BEYOND for me today!! I was in a panic and had to do everything over the phone. It’s Hanukkah and I’m last minute shopping, I can’t be everywhere at once!! Not only did she help me with all my products, she called me as she said she would, found me great deals and she sincerely cared about me and making sure I had nothing but the best service!! Brittany and Heather are such nice girls that work there. If you have questions about any of the product lines they know probably as close to everything as you possibly can. The store carries all the products I use and they always have good sales a couple times a year to make it easier to stock up.

I have to write a review only because I have never called anywhere… ever… where it is a pleasure to speak to everyone who works at A and A in Albany on wolf road … they are helpful … never seem annoyed when you Ask questions … and usually I am in a rush when I call .. and they always give me Their personal and professional Advice … you Ladies should teach customer service … if I could give you all 10 stars I would … thanks for all being you and great at your jobs !!!
