AGGRESSIVE MAN WORKS HERE WHO USED FORCE AFTER REPEATEDLY SAYING STOP. WOMEN STAFF DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ANOTHER WOMAN. I came in to get henna done on just the roots of my hair. Everything was fine until it was time to cover my head. They had run out of plastic caps, and instead of offering a proper solution, a male staff member attempted to use a large, visibly used and dirty plastic wrap on my head — which is completely unhygienic. I repeatedly said I could walk to their other nearby location (just 5 minutes away) to get a proper cap, but he insisted on forcing the dirty wrap onto my head despite my clear refusals. When I continued to say no, he became physically aggressive and pulled on my neck while ripping the plastic off my head. The lady staff was doing nothing but defendin

I love this place and recommend it when your in nj people this is an amazing place i dont think they are thieves or bad eyebrows not even true i could never believe this and i love this place.

Really bad service. They ruined my eyebrows twice. I asked for my money back because I go to work and people have to see my ruined eyebrows and this isn’t the kind of service that you give someone if you ruin their thick, eyebrows. I’m really upset and I don’t recommend this for anyone.

Nothing personal but had a bad day today, I'm a regular customer here for eyebrows and waxing. Came in at 2.39pm, signed and sat for my turn but some women came in at 2.59 and the owner took her directly and told the other person came with her to sign for everyone. Then why was i signing and waiting if someone else can just walk up and get their services done before me. The owner is so rude my god! the salon runs smoothly and perfectly fine when she's not present there. Sorry but i used to love this place. But i won't be going there again.

This has been my GOTO place for 5 years now , for waxing, an eyebrow shape-up, and a facial, and I had an awesome experience. Big shoutout to Vrunda! She did an amazing job with everything. The waxing was quick and not too painful, my eyebrows are on point, and the facial left my skin feeling so fresh and glowing. Vrunda’s attention to detail and friendly approach made all the difference. If you’re looking for top-notch beauty services, I highly recommend A1 Beauty Salon and especially Vrunda.
