left a bald spot on my eyebrow. my brow in the first picture is how it looked before, and the second is after. They did not handle the work with care either. The young woman with her hair dyed with blonde streaks did my brows and she left small cuts because of how aggressive she was. The thread kept ripping. She did apologize throughout the service once, but kept ripping different threads in half upon replacing. Would not come back.

This is the main place I go to for eyebrows. I have been going for at least 10 years. It's a quick service and they aren't too talkative which I like. Still they are nice and listen generally as long as you tell them what you want before you're seated. I have to give it a negative review though specifically for a newer hire they have. She's really been there for a while now though. She is the youngest one. She is so inconsistent. Sometimes she leaves hairs, sometimes she makes it too thin, sometimes she even thins out your brow hair (not just the shape but thins out the brow hair-she has given be a bald spot). Mainly she burns or cuts like half the time. I will still go here but can't go to her. You all need to avoid her. I don't know why they keep her. Jokes on me though because I've give

I had a very disappointing experience here. The person who worked on my eyebrows and face seemed to be in a rush and handled my skin quite roughly. The excessive rubbing caused visible cuts, irritation, and even bleeding. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

I have been going to this place for 4 years. Used to be good, but recently they have messed up my eyebrow shape, often leaving spots bare. After going here, I have had irritation on my forehead and nose (spots they threaded). They also upped their prices, despite how they aren't as good as they used to be.

It's the only place I trust with my eyebrows. Lately, the new hires have been making my eyebrows too thin. I have naturally thick defined eyebrows that are perfectly shaped. I just need the stray hairs threaded and trimmed. I told the lady 3 times that to not make the eyebrows thin. She had her ear pods in and was talking to someone on the phone and ignored my request. I could feel her threading more than I told to. I showed her a picture of how my eyebrows were done before. I told her I wanted them to be thick, not thin. She just said ok. No apology. I don't want to come back unless the more skilled ladies are here and actually listen to what I say. Not just do what they think is best. Not everyone wants thin eyebrows.
