9 Nails & Spa

I’ve been a loyal customer of Metro Nails and decided to try this salon after hearing it branched off from them. The salon itself is clean and bright, but the service didn’t match the atmosphere. The technicians were loud, and my tech, Andy, was rude and spent most of the appointment speaking negatively instead of creating a relaxing experience. He also discouraged me from choosing the color I wanted, and the polish didn’t even last a week. I ended up going back to Metro Nails and wouldn’t recommend booking with him. However, I think I can give other a try since one of my friend had a great experienced here with other techs.

I was in town visiting my grandma and decided to stop by this salon for a full set and I’m SO glad I did! The atmosphere is amazing, the shop is absolutely beautiful, and my nail tech Star was incredible. She’s funny, super attentive to exactly what I wanted, and extremely meticulous in her craft. She spent her time to make sure I got the most beautiful nails. I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this salon, especially Star, and I’ll definitely be bringing my grandma here next time!

Star and Cindy are both amazing! She’s super friendly, professional, and does such detailed work. My nails came out perfect—shaped beautifully, smooth, and the polish lasted way longer than I expected. The whole experience was comfortable and fun, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a nail tech who goes above and beyond!

Just looking at the pictures the nails look fine however my manicure experience was not. If you look closely you can see how irritated my skin is because the nail tech I had filed my skin so much. The acrylic application was super messy and there is acrylic all over my fingers. The shaping is very questionable as you can see the thumb is way shorter than the rest of the fingers. The nail polish application was also pretty messy. You can see the nail polish bleeding into my cuticle on some fingers. Also not to mention this was one of the longest manicures I’ve ever had at about 1 1/2 hours. Definitely not worth $56 and I will not be coming back. Edit: I woke up the next morning with literal indents in my skin (in photos)

Awesome service with Ricky! He really took the time with my pedicure & healthy nail. Honestly, it’s the BEST pedicure I’ve had in so long, he made sure my nails were perfect! Great personality & professional. The place is spacious and clean. The massage chairs are nice. I will 100% be back
