888 Nails & Spa

I have been going to this place for 6 years on and off. I normally only get a pedicure but I decided to get a full set of nails for the new year. When I inquired about pricing, one employee said “It costs too much for you” I was confused, mortified and embarrassed because the place had a few customers being serviced. I am disappointed and disgusted! No one apologized to me or intervened. Poor customer service ! As a black woman I found that to be very disheartening. Never going back!

I am so bummed. I work near here and was hoping to get a nice full set and a pedicure. I was taken in right away and everyone was friendly! Unfortunately the work performed was subpar. My nails are all different sizes and shapes, as well as crooked!! I told the attendant that the tip was crooked and she assured me it would be fixed during filing but they were not. While, the older lady who did my pedicure was THE SWEETEST person with a lovely personality… my toe nails look like the gel polish was globbed on. You can’t really tell from my pictures but I’m just very unhappy with my results. My total was $117 and I now I need to go to another salon to fix them. Because I will not be returning I did not make a scene in a crowded nail salon.

I have gone to this place a few times now. A couple women have done a good job cleaning up my nails which I like but the manicure seems rushed, they seem miserable and I feel like I can’t relax because all I get is the vibe that the person feels obligated to do the manicure and pedicure. The last time I went I had two different women do my pedicure and manicure. I had trimmed my toe nails myself already the lady doing my pedicure further cut down my nails and forced them square without even asking me. She over cut them and my left toe hurts cause it’s too short from where my natural nail ends. She left square blocks on my toe from the polish which I overlooked but she cut my foot using the foot file. She was using it on the side of my foot and not just under cutting my skin. It’s been da

I've never in my life had such a horrible, painful, shitty experience at a nail salon. To start I made appointments for three of us to get full sets and pedicures. We legit left a girl there cause they never started her nails until us other two were fully done while they took walk ins in front of her. I have never teared up from the pain of the womens nail being stabbed into my fingers, had a drill burn me as much as I did. Oh did I add this is my wedding nail set. I openly told them I was a bride and I have never had to tell a nail tech to reshape everything I've actually never speak during my nails it's my peace time. DO NOT GO HERE all my nails are different thickness, shape, colors. I had to one by one approve a damn french tip. Then on top of this they continue to charge me full of $1

Best place ever all of them are so sweet I saw multiple bad reviews but gave it a try anyway which was the best choice I’ve ever made Cindy and Mia are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and their both so focused on the nails and truly did their best another thing is PRICES they’re AMAZING!please listen to me and try this place out truly one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in YRS
