We enjoyed our first 2 visits to this salon. The 3rd was iffy, as we felt rushed to pick a color before we could sit and relax. I've been to salons that had books of nail color options for all services (regular, shellac, or dip in 1 kit) so it was more challenging finding matching colors off of the wall because I did not want shellac on my toes. We gave them another try, as we really did feel like it was a relaxing environment, that the neighboring salons didn't have. Also, the techs were very kind and competent, but very light with what they call a massge, which was disappointing. More of a gentle touch. Today was our 4th visit and it was all downhill. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but I was in a hurry to get my nails done and I’m newer to OC. I made my appointment same day and was happy they could get me in after I got off work. Vivian did a great job with my nails. I had them painted black which is not an easy color to do but my nails were very clean and look amazing. I also butchered the prior nails I had on from another place and she turned them around and shaped them perfectly. I will definitely be going back.

My mom and I came in for pedicures today and it was such a relaxing experience. They offered us water and even helped my mom choose her polish color. Her feet look sooo good now haha. We’ll be back for sure.

So disappointed in this place, they also don’t have good customer service and refused to refund my money back. I got a manicure & pedicure with a friend. The experience was ok felt a bit rushed and they didn’t really do much of a massage for either. I got gel nails with French tips which they charge extra for both. Well two day my manicure lasted and sadly didn’t notice my toe was smudged before I even left the place. Worst place ever, and to have paid extra for gel and it still only lasted two days before chipping is ridiculous. Then when I called to why my money back as I driver a hour to meet a friend here was not going to drive back to get it fixed but that was the only option they would give me.

Tried a new salon for first time in a long time. Very impressed with cleanliness and professionalism. Great prices too! Thank you Wendy for a great experience. Nice massage chair. Tub liner and new kit. Will definitely go back.
