Details of experience: staff was pleasant and got me in same day. Was very apprehensive about going to a new salon. I spoke over the phone about the color choice and wanting a cut. When it came time to appointment with Amy we met for 10 minutes she determined I only needed a partial could and started the process. Let me say my highlights are good. The cut however is easily 4 to 6 inches shorter than was I showed a picture of. (The picture was of myself in the past). I have naturally curly hair and if I show a pic of a shoulder length haircut, as knowledge of hair, you leave a little length as it'll bounce shorter with the curls. I did let her know after I was home that I was unsatisfied as I was in shock at the salon, to which she stated she asked if I was sure and that she wanted

I am so overjoyed with my color, cut and style by Laura Wilson. After discussing my naturally curly hair, the style I was looking for and the cut I THOUGHT I needed ..She took my words and exceeded my expectations! Very professional, clean and courteous environment! Warm and welcoming staff all the way around. Very knowledgeable about the products they use and sell. It makes a huge difference when the hairdresser listens to what you say and exceeds your expectations... Laura I can't thank you enough! I will be seeing you again.

I feel at home here and always leave with exceptional hair!! Met Norma in 2016. She was seated next to me for a pedicure. We instantly connected. She’s been my hairstylist ever since. I’m pretty sure I contributed to her needing shoulder surgery🥴. She tells me all the time that my color would cost $250 elsewhere, and she’s right😂!! It’s long and thick. Norma is the most amazing, talented hairstylist I ever met. She always gives me something better than even what I thought possible with my hair. I have been using her for over 4 years and will never use anyone else! She got my dark hair to such a beautiful blond with no damage
