She is incredible, my shoulder was frozen ,I had not been able to lift it above my head for years, one visit she made it so I can
I went to 8 SPA due to some lumbar/low back and leg tightness I was having. Paula, the massage therapist who I saw was very professional and she was able to relieve much of the pain and tightness that I was having in my lower back and calves. I do recommend this establishment. It was clean and Paula is definitely skillful and excellent in what she does. I will return for future appointments.
