I love this shop the owner is so nice. I believe her name is Jade, and her husband and her mom always get me together along with the other techs. I been going here for 4 years since i moved over east. I show them a picture and they get me together!!!!🫶🏽 I spend about 130 every 3-4weeks for brows, pedicure and full set shape and design!! Almond shaped and ballerina always on point!

The customer service is sub-par the work is ok The women have bad attitudes especially the blonde.

Great Experience, love Van, Nikki and Ivan, their work is amazing and they dont rush your service, I like them also because they are young and up to date on new stuff

The nail services were adequate, but the timeliness of service and the attitude of the nail technicians and the manager was not up to par! They did not follow up on their services, especially with the gel manicure. Mine chipped after 3 days and when I went back for a repair, they gave me a hard time. I, on the other hand was very congenial and I always tip 20% on all performed services. The manager was very disrespectful in tone and manner! I did not appreciate that at all! You should stand behind your company’s services. I was initially told that you had 7 days to come back in, if you had a no chip manicure. The time I went back, they gave me a different time frame. What is the policy? It should be displayed and not changed at whim! I will not be going back!

I guess it depends the day and time you come here. 10:30 am Saturday morning I was assisted immediately and received 4* service. They know what they're doing. See for yourself
