777 Condominium Association

The 777 Condominium Pool is used in the opening credits of the TV show The Night Stalker. I just figured it out by using Google maps and watching the credits. Wonderful to see that the pool is still there and from the pictures it looks very well maintained.

I rented here for less than 1 year, even though my lease was scheduled for a full year (UNIT 1804, a studio). I saw multiple cockroaches. Including eggs and droppings on my belongings (this is after I had contacted the building to exterminate in my unit over 4 times). The owner’s initial response was not caring, she voiced she was already going to attempt to rent out the unit within that week that I contacted them of my request to end my lease (showed no apparent initiative to get rid of the roach infestation). I won’t go too much into the unpleasant aura the morning staff gave off, but I will say the weekend, night shifts, and maintenance staff were quite friendly. The pool is nice but 1 quality feature can’t make up for a $1.5k/month cockroach infested apartment (now listed for $1700 :0

This building is very well-maintained building and homeowners’ association is very good and completely in control. If you want to own and live in the building, it’s the best option on the millennium mile. It’s the hidden gem. The price per square feet is almost half of the neighboring buildings. Price per square feet does not do justice to the quality and structural stability of the building. Factor of safety of the pillars is very high as compared to neighboring building based on what I see. Very good staff and engineers.
