If I could refund and leave zero stars I would. And it definitely was not worth me tipping. DO NOT waste your time with this overpriced botch job salon with poor quality products. They clearly want to get you in & out to make that quick cash turn over. They definitely need to work on customer service too. I have NEVER had paint chip like this within 24 hrs of getting them done. Went back to make them fix KAYLAS Mistake on something she suggested. Had issues the first 2 times I went, my 3rd time was my last time. (Chipping, hurt cuticles, uneven nails, bubbles & lines in my top coats) I was recommended and will never be back, nor recommend this “nice place” to anyone who wants their moneys worth and details work done. An establishment can look nice, doesn’t mean the service & value is nice.
I honestly will not return to this place, I entrusted them with a reservation for my mother's birthday and it broke my heart that told me that they treated her badly, almost like a generalism and even with racism. I paid for them to make her the luxury gold and some acrylic nails that I marked on the paper they give you and in the same way they did not look at it, when she arrived they asked her what was going to be done, but I had told them that it was surprise, she obviously did not know what I had paid for, they should of knowing what to do and being prepared for that and treating it as it deserved, did not get anything that I paid, they did what they wanted. they treated her horrible and when I told them what had happened they treated me ugly as if I did not know what I had marked, nor
I’ve gone here for almost 2 years and never had a bad experience. The last couple of times i’ve gone they’ve messed up my nails, i have rings of fire everytime! This last time a new lady did my nails and one broke 2 days later so i of course went back cause it was 80 dollars for pink french tip nails. They were really understanding when i went in but she said she didn’t want to do pink french tip and i should do white so i went with it. As soon as i left i noticed they looked big and bulky i got these done maybe a week and a half ago and they already came off…. my nails last at least a month or more. I’m very sad cause i used to love this place. The techs just don’t talk to you or communicate. Would not go way to over priced for them to not even look good…
I heard about this place from a customer and decided I needed to do some self care and this was the PERFECT place for that. I called first because I had questions about prices and services and the young lady on the phone was so nice and so patient. When I got there for my appointment there were two lady’s at the front desk, one of them was the lady who took my call, and again answered my questions and made me feel super welcome. Now, Kami was my nail tech and she did the BEST pedicure and full set I have ever had and was SO friendly. I loved her work and how relaxing the experience was. Prices are super fair for the treatment, ambiance, and overall experience you get here and they do not pressure you to get anything you don’t want. Also, this is a salon that serves you drinks during your s
Management does not know how to treat customers sadly. The place looked nice so I was excited to get my nails done here. I showed my tech a photo of what I wanted (the first photo) and I didn’t receive what I asked for. It was $200 for the tech to do what he wanted, not what I wanted. The only change I asked for was for the nails to be more rounded. I also asked for the tips to be black as I recently lost a family member. My tech told me “white looks better”. They’re my nails? I agreed because it was already an extremely rough day for me and I just waned my birthday nails to be cute so I could have something to make me feel a bit better. He did the stars in silver. And once I realized I spoke up and asked for help. My tech did not speak very much English, obviously not an issue. When the
