Wide selection of tools and equipment from laser cutters and 3d printers to CNC and conventional machining centers, and a variety of woodworking and common hand tools. The norfolk location is probably a better bet for heavier projects involving welding or vehicles, the hampton location is a little quieter, small-business/ startup-oriented - about evenly split between "clean" coworking space and shop space. The tools that make noise, chips, fumes, and sawdust are on separate ventilation and at the other end of the building from the office/meeting areas, providing a nice buffer when transitioning between bending metal, and talking to investors and clients *about* bending metal.

Am amazing place to get hobby and startup projects done. The community is very friendly and there are a lot of great tools available.
