Worse experience I have had with a salon seemed like I did it at home. Would give zero stars if I could. The color wasn’t even and I had a different shade on my roots from the rest of my hair. Took several months to get my refund.

Kenz has done my hair for years and I saw her for my lash extensions! She is so sweet & very profession. She takes really good care of her clients! ❤️

THE BEST SALON IN TOWN!!! For years I have not been given the best experiences with my hair or the care I received. Kenzie & all the girls in this salon are PHENOMENAL. They are so well rounded, great customer service skills, creative, & truly the most stylish place in town. I'm very happy every time I have an appointment scheduled because they exceed my expectations every time. 1000/10 highly recommended to anyone. They do it all!

All the girls are amazing! Kenzie does the best blonde color, hand tied extension, and lashes. Even after moving out of Spokane, I drive 3 hours every 8 weeks because no one can beat Kenzie’s work!

She left my hair patchy and blocked me after I tried to get a refund. So unprofessional, this is why people don’t like going to salons anymore.
