I was in a rush to get a haircut so then I go do a walk in, waited an extremely long time but then I finally got in a chair with this barber named jelfry. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he gave me nothing like it. First he was working so unprofessionally and didn’t even water down my hair to comb it so when he did comb it, my scalp was on fire. After when he was fully done he turned my chair to the mirror for the first time since I sat in his chair and when I tell you this, the cut was so terrible. Looked nothing like what I wanted and it completely ruined my mood. All the people I knew called me a mushroom head and clowned me for it.

Usually go to Great Clips but my son saw this place on TikTok so we have it a try. Definitely recommend this place. The hair stylist was very meticulous with the trim, even with mine which was a straightforward cut. Nothing fancy. Plenty of parking on the other side of the road, although admittedly this was a Sunday so I'm sure it's a different story on the week. Very clean facility and the staff are all very pleasant. Referring back to a previous review posted by someone else, yes, they do speak Spanish but language was very much not a barrier here. Even though it's twenty miles from home, will definitely consider coming back . Excellent rates for a haircut and an all round great experience. Thank you so much

I am writing regarding my appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM through Booksy at 614 Style for a beard trim with Andre. I arrived on time and was informed that Andre was running late. Approximately ten minutes later, I received a notification from Booksy stating that my appointment had been canceled and that I was charged a $7.50 late fee—despite the fact that I was present and waiting in the shop. I immediately brought this to the attention of the head barber, who stated that the charge would be removed and that another barber would assist me. Unfortunately, Andre never showed up, no apology was offered, and the situation was handled poorly overall. As a first-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Being charged a late fee under these circumstances

Do not waste your money here. Only did 2 good things, they seated me on time, and gave me an alright fade. Everything else was bad, I did not get what I asked for and was very disappointed. Barber did not understand what I wanted and what doing things I did not ask for.

Dont waste your time - because they'll waste yours. Showed up for a cut on time - barber wasnt there and had me wait 15 minutes while he chilled in his car. Unprofessional and not worth it. Respect the customers time that is why appointments exist.
