Ethan was incredible! The manager was super helpful in getting me set up with him after I voiced my displeasure with another tech. From the start, Ethan was warm, welcoming & helped me achieve the outcome I was looking for by giving suggestions and teaching me about different services I wasn’t familiar with. We’ve been coming here every other week and it’s consistently a great experience. The staff is genuinely kind, remembers us, and always makes us feel welcome. My husband gets a mani-pedi and I get a mani-pedi with acrylics, gel and designs, and we’re both always happy with the results. Sara does excellent work — perfect art, shaping, and attention to detail every time. The salon is comfortable, the quality is solid, and the whole experience is enjoyable. Highly recommend ❤️ today I did cat eye!

My gel manicure is subpar. Doesn’t look clean and professional, polish is sloppy and I can tell it’s going to peel from the excess polish on sides. I think maybe my nail tech couldn’t see very well? Wouldn’t go back. Update: manager was quick to respond and make sure I was a satisfied customer, added a star back this.

01-26-2025 Update. The service us niw up to 4 stars from 2. I went back for the do over. The manager, Mr. Ken did my nails. They must improve on making sure they've not left nail polish on the client's skin. Other then that, I appreciate the work that he did. My nails look fabulous and professional. Thank you Ken. 01-15-2926 Update. The salon reached out to me. I went in to show the manager the work. He immediately offered to redo the service, free of charge. I did let him know that my aim was to make him aware of the poor work. I wasn't trying to get a free service. He was like no, you come back for redo. This place is a GEM. Lee did an AMAZING pedicure, very relaxing, made sure I was comfortable and he did a really great job. Dua was absolutely incredible. I showed her ideas I was looking at and we discussed them and chose an idea together and it was just an amazing experience. I have been to so many nail salons where they are just trying to do the most basic not great service to just get your money and get you out, while your nails don’t even look good. However, this place I would rate 10 stars if I could! I did not feel rushed, I felt comfortable and am extremely happy with how my services today. Will definitely be back! Also have to give a shoutout to the receptionist, she was very sweet!
