5th Nail Lounge Morrow

I’ve been coming here for about 3 1/2 months now . I like salon vibe it’s peaceful but the techs can be better. I came in and showed Emily at table 5 a picture and I wanted her to match colors as best as she could I do not like it because the colors are not matching the picture good enough for me. I’m not about wasting time if I don’t like it ima tell you before you finish and waste both of our time. Baby this dang lady so rude and she doesn’t listen to what the customer wants. I’m telling you I don’t like it and why, what’s the point of getting mad and being smart when I came in here to spend my money. She thinks just because she is the tech that you can’t say nothing to her about her work. If you do come here avoid Emily at all costs! Thank God for Ms. Jackie finding the correct colors

This was my second time coming to 5th Nail Lounge & they never disappoint! I love it here , everyone is nice and polite which I love a place with great Customer Service. I was greeted as I entered and sat down immediately. They have a lot of workers so it’s usually not a long wait time at all. Reasonable pricing with great service is a win win for me ! I definitely recommend!

Customer service was excellent! The lady at the front desk was so patient with me while I was deciding who I wanted to do my nails (I can be a little indecisive, lol). They even offered refreshments, which was a nice touch! I ended up going with Don, and he did an amazing job. He was super sweet and checked in with me at every step to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out — I really appreciated that! Highly recommend!

I had an excellent overall experience at this salon! I booked the Gel VIP Heat Therapy Pedicure ($50) and was very impressed from start to finish. Sofia, my nail tech, was incredibly caring and attentive—she checked in several times to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. She even offered me a beverage (water or soda), which was a nice touch. The pedicure itself was thorough and relaxing. The sugar scrub had a warm, soothing scent, followed by a massage using oil and warm lava rocks—a real treat. Very professional staff, and clean establishment. She listened to me and I got exactly what I wanted. I only get poly gel and was happy to find a place that does it! April was really attentive. Please book if you’re hesitant.
