5th Avenue Nail

Ugghhh Miley is the best. I've been a loyal customer of 5th Ave Nails Salon for almost three years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, and the team is quick, joyful, and incredibly accommodating. Everyone at the salon is talented and kind, but Miley truly stands out to me. She is not only sweet but also attentive to my needs, especially since I have severe eczema. Miley always takes extra care to make sure my nails aren't too sharp, allowing me to scratch my skin without causing damage. I never feel judged or misunderstood, which means the world to me. What also makes this place special is how they treat my boyfriend when he accompanies me. They always offer him a chair and water, making us both feel welcome and comfortable. At this point,

I went to Fifth Avenue Nails and my experience was great. I was greeted at the front. I had called ahead and they were able to get me in shortly after calling. My experience with Peter was great! He had a fun personality and he did a beautiful job on my nails. The shape is just right and so is the length. His attention to detail is outstanding. I asked for a pink and white Halloween design and was beyond happy with the outcome. I will be back in 2-4 weeks! 🙂 thank you Peter and Fifth Avenue Nails!

My first time here and definitely my last. I had an appointment at 11:00 with Miley and wasn’t seen until 12:00. My pedicure wasn’t done by the person I originally made the appointment with. When I sat for the pedicure, acetone was put on my nails to remove my dip, which would have been fine, but since I had to wait so long for my nails to get done, I ended up sitting with acetone on my nails for an hour, if not longer. I had booked an appointment for dip, but she used acrylic. Before she even started, I asked if what she took out was acrylic powder and she said no (even though you can clearly see in the pictures that it is). She gave me a long explanation saying she doesn’t “use dip” in the sense of putting clients’ fingers into the powder… but you can clearly see it’s acrylic powder and

I’ve been coming to this nail salon and seeing Miley for probably 4 years now. She is so precise and does all my crazy design requests perfectly! She’s never allowed to retire because I don’t want anyone else touching these nails

Response to owner. Nope was not aggressive at all check your cameras. Your tech was actually extremely nasty and rough to the point where she shoved my hand under the lamp and chipped my polish and then extremely upset with me. Your staff needs a serious attitude adjustment and your reviews need to be taken more seriously . I immediately went somewhere else and paid to get it fixed again. The only thing i want is my money back two days in a row i paid and both times i had to pay to get it fixed and paid to go to another place to get it removed and redone. I will never be back if you cannot make things right on that. HORRIBLE. would do 0 stars if possible. Originally had a gel manicure with color. She did a horrible job and globbed the polish on. It looked horrible i had to ask over 3 times
