Frances did a great job with my highlights, I think they turned out great! :) The price was reasonable, $210 total with a 20% tip, $150 for the highlights and $20 for the haircut. The first 2 pics are immediately after, and the last 2 are 3 weeks later. I definitely recommend buying their Color Revive product because the color does fade. Overall I'm satisfied and I would go there again :)

They are so patient and kind, being able to cut my hair and repeat questions even when I have delayed responding times. My hair has been styled a certain way for a long time, causing it to grow a certain way which will take time to get out. Still they did a wonderful job giving me what I showed in photos and I can practice styling it to lay correctly!

Frances is the best hair dresser I have ever had. She does amazing work and we love her. Me and my family have been going to her since 2013 when she was at her Bronx location. I drive over an hour just for her to do my hair and j wouldn't have it any other way. Would totally recommend to anyone, especially for people with naturally curly hair.

I went to the salon for a blowout before my wedding makeup and hair trial. It had been years since I had my hair done at a salon, as I usually do it myself. However, they did an amazing job, and I haven't had my hair turn out that well at a salon in a long time. This is one of the reasons why I stopped going to salons in the first place. I cannot say enough good things about these ladies. My first time going I was treated by my daughter last minute and was totally unprepared. At that time my hair was almost like dreads because I don't wash it often when it's in its natural state and that's what keeps it healthy but it definitely curls up and can get like dreads if I don't manage it.
