5 Stars Nail Spa

I really enjoyed the newly finished look of my gel refills each of the three times I went to this salon. But the service just doesn’t hold up past one week. I brought this to their attention and they added a third coat but still the same problem. It’s too bad because Mimi is really nice (the owner Hannah not so much). And for $45 plus $5.00 service charge if not paying with cash, I would expect my nails to last longer than 5 days, at least two weeks if not longer. Also, my cuticles get butchered and on last visit, two nails bled. No hand massage with service. Had a pedicure there also, and I was not pleased with the service. They used hot towels but massage was about 2 minutes! And the callous treatment service an extra $10 with no extended filing. Unacceptable service for the price. Una

Ive been going here with my mom for a while, and service every time has been exceptional. My nail tech was very sweet and patient with me, no other nail salon really can compare to the service and quality of the service.

I was visiting San Fransisco on Sunday 10/17 and needed my nails done, this place had good reviews so I went. The salon was clean and staff was friendly but the woman doing my pedicure cut one of my toes and barely soaked my feet. I also got a dip manicure which is what I always get. 4 days after all of my nails are chipping, one nail is completely broken off, and they didn’t pull out any hangnails. They didn’t dip them correctly or enough times. Completely unacceptable for what I paid but I can’t even go back and have them fix it. Also was a little harassed for not being able to pay in cash.

I have been coming to this salon for the past five years. I have never been happier. The salon is very clean and updated, and all of the people who work there are outstanding! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They offer a 10% cash discount to the already great prices. I would recommend them very highly and will continue to do business with them indefinitely!

Absolutely amazing manicure by daisy. Pedicure was incredible and perfect too. Love this place so much.
