5 Star Nails and spa

It always depends who you get to do your nails but this place done and nickels you just to get a decent service you will need to pay extra. Their good at acrylic but I don't like the way the do the dip powder to bulky. Their cheap with their pedicures they don't leave your feet soft. In general this is a decent place but I'd go somewhere else

Lack of communication... I got my nails done with dip powder on Saturday, on their last top coat my nails looked like they were melting. David file them and painted them again. On Thursday I was done looking at my nails fall apart, I went by to get them fix. I specified to David, that he either had to redo my nails or give me a refund. He hesitated and asked me to wait, since he had to take care of someone that was waiting before me, he mentioned he would be done in 30 minutes. I waited for an hour, and then asked for a refund since I've been in the salon for 2 hours. David replied with "I can't give you a refund". He could have told me when I asked him earlier that he wouldn't be able to give me a refund. He could have asked me to come another day so that I wouldn't have to wait too long

Thought this place was good at first, then have had horrible experiences the last 3 times!!! I got my nails done, they looked great no complaints at that time, ONE day later my nails were cracked (had gel top coat) and one nail broke. Not to mention this happend a month before when i had gotten a full set. So long story short after i got a refill and my nails broke the owner sam had done my nails and fought withme the whole time trying to convince me the gel top coat is why my nails broke and cracked when ive gotten gel top coats on my nails for the laat 6 months with no problems.... i got there at 2pm and didnt leave until 4pm JUST FOR FIXING THE COLOR AND ONE CRACKED NÀIL!!!!! This place used to be better, with good quality products. I have the gel done yesterday and today is coming out. I tried to call and the phone is off. Very disappointed. And also they are too expensive.

It wasnt bad but wasn't the best place I been too. Wouldn't be a place I would recommend. A little disappointed they false advertise their pricing on their banner outside.
