Love this beauty supply store! I used to go to a different one faithfully but 5 star definitely has been getting my business. Majority of the staff is really pleasant and friendly. They have a large variety of products. & a plus they always have deals.

This was my first time going to this store. Location Watson’s blvd. I have been wearing wigs for about 2 years due to hair loss. Walked in and was actually greeted 🥰. They were busy but the young man up front came over to check on me and see if he could be of assistance. The day I went, I was extremely impressed with the quality of their human wigs. I bought my first human wig about six months ago from another location and chain very well known in Macon. I drove all the way from Perry to Macon to purchase a human wig. All I can say is they seem be coming and I wound up spending $500 on a wig that I seen the same exact wig at five star beauty for half the price and the quality actually felt better. There's a young gentleman there who is very rude and needs a class on how to treat customers and another young gentleman who will try to over charge you on bundles and act like he doesn't know the price of the hair and try to point you out as a liar and not listen to you when your trying to explain to him the price . The older gentleman is very polite and respectful always with a smile and thank you for you generosity. To the ladies of the store you rock, your the ones who make the store what it is today, your helpful and always making your customers smile and happy you ladies deserve a raise for your kindness your very appreciated. I hope you get that raise.

This was my first time coming to this store and Your employee Sam is amazing he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He knew that my brother had to leave with the right cap for his dreads. I appreciate his help and y’all should have more employees like him.
