5 Elements Spa Salon Boutique and Barber Lounge

Take this review as someone that is very picky with her hair. I went today to get a haircut with Staci and let me tell you I LOVED IT!!! She is AMAZING and very friendly. She made recommendations and always kept in mind what I asked for initially. I can finally say that I found my hairstylist. I 100% recommend Staci.

Yesterday was my first experience at 5 Elements - The Barber Lounge. Staci, my hairdresser, did a fantastic job walking me through the haircut, and options for future visits. She even gave me a tour at the end of my haircut appointment showcasing all of the services I could get if I was interested. All the staff was friendly and eager to help out. I really enjoyed my visit and already booked my next appointment! If your looking for 5 star customer service this is the place!

Took daughter who was in need of some tlc after dealing with some depression and post partum issues... Set up appointment to get anything she wanted done to her hair. My treat! The stylist Kristen chose to tone her hair instead of color. Said it would better condition it..Uh no ..it was spotty at covering the areas it was intended to cover. And it left her hair feeling brittle and sticky. She combed out her curly hair super rough. Left it a frizzy mess. She cut it wet... you don't cut curly hair wet! Cut is definitely uneven....Didn't even try to style it. This cost $90! My daughter was there maybe 30 min? She was rushing to get her out of the salon....Maybe because she got off work right after ? Or because we were NOT WHITE and she didnt know how to mixed hair?? My daughter is an intr

This was my first time at 5 Elements. I had the hour pedicure and a manicure. Denise was amazing! I was so relaxed during my pedicure I almost fell asleep! She was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back!

Staci was great! She helped me get a clean and professional cut. She suggested a few things as well as asking how I would prefer certain cuts and pointed out how it would look. Would definitely recommend Staci and for aure will be coming back for another cut.
