Jaci and Samantha did such a good job with my bridal hair and makeup! I did my trial with Jaci a year in advance because I knew exactly what I wanted and to be able to check it off my to-do list and they had no issues with that. On my wedding day, 10/19/25 Jaci did my makeup and Samantha did my hair and I actually liked how my hair came out on my wedding day better than in my trial! Jaci didn't do anything wrong, we just made a few adjustments that I really loved on wedding day! I liked that they could be flexible. I did notice that for my trial I got airbrush makeup and since I don’t know a lot about makeup, I didn't notice until it was probably too late so I didn't speak up, but they didn't do airbrush on me on my wedding day. I still don't have much of a preference as I don’t understand

5 Diamond Salon was amazing to work with. From start to end, they helped make what I envisioned my wedding hair and make up to look like perfect! They are great to communicate with and day of they are fun and professional. They accommodated with last minute adjustments effortlessly. My hair and make up lasted all day and night without any touch up. It pictured beautifully as well. Makayla was my hair and makeup person and she crushed it! We did two trials as I changed my mind later on the process and she nailed it exactly. Nicole and Courtney were also amazing the day of my wedding as well! I would highly recommend them

I worked with Jaci for my wedding trial, and she went into great detail about expectations, both my hair and makeup looked gorgeous, and I left feeling so confident. On the wedding day, Jaci and Shannon were absolute dream team. They brought such great energy and vibes, and my girls loved their hair and makeup too! They are true professionals, friendly, and such a joy to chat with. Jaci did perfect work on my hair and makeup, I wore my hair down, and she expertly created a secure place for my heavy cathedral veil. Makayla at 5 Diamond Salon was the most incredible Wedding Hair & Makeup Artist for our special day at Loon Mountain Resort! After my bridal hair & makeup trial, I just knew she was the perfect choice. Not to mention, Samantha was incredibly easy to communicate with & answered all of my questions leading up to the big day. Nicole came with Makayla & did all my bridesmaids hair which also came out amazing! Above all, they are an absolute joy to work with & made me feel at complete ease throughout the entire process. I loved working with 5 Diamond Salon and Samantha for my September 2024 wedding. From booking, to the trial, to the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. I loved how my wedding day hair turned out and all my bridesmaids looked amazing! Samantha is also extremely kind and so easy to work with!
