Stay clear of this place.. the customer service is awful!! I was followed around the store because they thought I was stealing their stuff. I don’t steal!! As I’m looking for a gel product for my hair the lady comes around screaming at me to leave because I was taking too long to make a purchase. Let me tell you I have never been treated so horribly and I will never go back there ever. They will not ever receive a penny of my money. Please understand that POC are not respected in this establishment which sells our products nor are they knowledgeable of the products they sell in their store. That lady owner is pure racist and just know that I will never return to this store and take my business to another store where it is appreciated!!! I suggest others do as well..

I went in to browse products for myself and daughter's natural hair. Mid-browse I noticed the man following me thru the aisles. I had decided on two products but one was new to me so I asked about their return policy. The lady replied rudely all sales are final. So I put that product back. Went to pay for the other product and by the way the lady was staring at me I decided against it. I told her no thank you. She proceeded to scream at me and asked why I walked the store and don't buy nothing. Also said they have cameras everywhere. Then told me not to come back. This place needs shut down. The audacity of that lady to accuse me of stealing because I decided against purchasing anything. I am new to Dauphin county and rest assure I will NEVER spend a red cent at that establishment!!!!
